As one piece of a larger Capital Line study, this massing and visualization exercise explored avenues to bring more activation to the riverfront at the end of the Gay Street Corridor, along the riverfront of Downtown Columbus. This study was to enable the CDDC and Edwards Companies to develop and share their speculative vision for downtown Columbus. This imagery was created by REALM Collaborative, with significant contribution from Augment.
