As one piece of a larger Capital Line study by REALM Collaborative, this massing and visualization exercise was to explore the future of the Gay Street District in Downtown Columbus, by bringing clarity, coherency, green space, and activation along the Gay Street District Downtown Columbus.

This study enabled the Downtown Columbus & Edwards Companies to develop and share a speculative vision for downtown Columbus. This will be the first district to be executed in. This design & imagery was created by REALM Collaborative, with contribution from Augment.
